Hand off what you know
Share the origin, destination, timing pressure, vessel-readiness context, and captain requirements already known at closing or yard release. The broker does not accept the owner’s terms or own the operational passage.
For owners, buyers, brokers, dealers & yards
After the sale, hand off the move. When your buyer asks how to get the boat home, start a KeelBridge client handoff. We take the movement from there while the owner stays in control of the operational passage. KeelBridge does not sell the yacht.
$399 Founding Movement Order Desk · limited founding cohort · full-refund protection if no qualified captain candidate is presented by the agreed sourcing deadline

A broker, dealer, or yard can send the vessel, owner, route, timing, readiness, and captain requirements without creating a public listing. The owner confirms the facts and accepts the service terms. KeelBridge checks whether the move is ready to source before any Desk invoice is issued.
Share the origin, destination, timing pressure, vessel-readiness context, and captain requirements already known at closing or yard release. The broker does not accept the owner’s terms or own the operational passage.
After the owner confirms the move, KeelBridge verifies that sourcing can begin. Once the Desk fee clears, the move can open to suitable captains. An accepted captain can add paid crew needs when required.
The $399 is KeelBridge’s coordination fee—not captain or crew money. For the first five, if KeelBridge does not present at least one qualified captain candidate by the agreed sourcing deadline, the Desk fee is owed back in full.
How it works
The broker, yard, dealer, owner, or buyer supplies the known movement details. The owner or buyer confirms the route, timing, readiness, and current service terms.
KeelBridge reviews the route, timing, vessel readiness, captain requirements, and realistic sourcing options. A sourcing deadline is set only when there is a reasonable path to work the move. No Desk invoice is issued before this review.
After the $399 Desk fee clears, the refund protection becomes active and captain sourcing begins. If KeelBridge does not present at least one qualified candidate by the agreed deadline, the full $399 is owed back.
The owner selects the captain and pays professional parties directly. If staffing is needed, the accepted captain can open a linked paid crew listing. Passage Brief, underway status, destination handoff, completion, and Trust History stay in the existing KeelBridge workflow.
The $399 Founding Movement Order Desk is a KeelBridge coordination service. The owner/buyer normally receives the Desk offer; a brokerage, dealer, or yard may choose to cover it as a closing amenity.
For the founding five, KeelBridge owes a full $399 refund if it has not presented at least one qualified captain candidate by the agreed sourcing deadline. A qualified candidate is someone KeelBridge reasonably believes matches the owner-confirmed hard requirements and who has indicated interest or availability to discuss or quote the move.
Presenting a qualified candidate is not a guarantee that the owner will hire that captain, final terms will be agreed, the vessel is safe or ready, or the move will depart or complete.
Captain or crew wages, fuel, marina/yard charges, repairs, provisioning, travel, transport, insurance, surveys, and other vessel expenses are separate from the Desk fee and remain direct between the relevant parties.
A referral code records where the movement came from. It does not grant a separate referrer access to the owner’s private Movement Order details, messages, rates, invoices, or payment records.
A Movement Order is not a yacht-for-sale ad, charter booking, passenger ticket, or escrow product. KeelBridge does not take a cut of the yacht sale, captain wages, or crew wages.
The goal is a useful loop: brokers and owners bring real vessel movement demand; captains see real professional work; accepted captains can create paid crew opportunities; successful moves build Trust History; and KeelBridge earns its coordination fee by making that chain easier to complete.
